Teri Marshall is a very polite, professional, and helpful loan officer who seemed highly experienced. She took the time out of her busy days to communicate with us personally, making sure that we were taken care of all the way through. She also attended the closing of my new home purchase and promptly explained all of the closing costs and payouts, making sure that my wife and I understood everything and we're satisfied.
