I am a seasoned veteran in the mortgage lending industry. Closing loans on time is as important to me as it is for all the parties involved in a purchase transaction. Ruoff Mortgage provides me with a vast variety of mortgage loan programs that I am able to share with my clients. We strive in new home construction as well as existing home purchases.
The benefit to our customers when they choose Ruoff Mortgage as their preferred lender is that we are well connected with our clients, realtors, processors and underwriters throughout the lending process. We are able to eliminate the big bank overlays and delays. Our processing, underwriting and closing departments are all located within the same building here in Indianapolis. Having the ability to speak to an underwriter and/or a loan processor in a face-to-face environment speaks volumes in comparison to many of our competitors. Closing your loan on time and maintaining consistent communication is my objective.
