I graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in finance. Soon after graduation I started my career in the real estate industry. In January 2005 I started working for a builder and sold homes since December 2012. During my 8 years in sales I enjoyed interacting with the customer while they look for, or build, their dream home.
In January 2013 I decided to transition to the mortgage business. I enjoy working with numbers and the interaction with the customer. In the mortgage business I get to do both. I have always believed the best customer service is made by setting the proper expectations so you know what to expect throughout the process, and to follow up in a timely manner.
My goal is to build relationships with the top real estate agents, and new home counselors, in the Indianapolis market who also believe in taking care of the customer first. With my experience on the front end of the sales process I understand what is expected from the real estate agent and the customer.
