I graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in finance. Soon after graduation I started my career in the real estate industry. In January 2005, I started working for a builder and sold homes since December 2012. During my 8 years in sales I enjoyed interacting with the customer while they look for, or build, their dream home.
In January 2013, I decided to transition to the mortgage business. I enjoy working with numbers and the interaction with the customer. In the mortgage business I get to do both. I have always believed the best customer service is made by setting the proper expectations so you know what to expect throughout the process, and to follow up in a timely manner.
My goal is to build relationships with the top real estate agents, and new home counselors, in the Indianapolis market who also believe in taking care of the customer first. With my experience on the front end of the sales process I understand what is expected from the real estate agent and the customer. Buying a home can be an overwhelming and stressful time but I want to make the experience an enjoyable one for everyone involved.
During my 8 years in sales I worked with all types of buyers ranging from those who needed help increasing their credit scores so they could purchase their first home, to those who were purchasing their 3rd or 4th home. I have the experience to assist you with an FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA, Indiana Housing Bond, MCC programs, Next Home and Home Improvement loans including 203K and Homepath. I am also able to service your refinancing needs with our Streamline, Cash-Out or Rate/Term programs.

Adam was EXCELLENT!! This was not my first home buying experience but it was the smoothest experience I’ve had. I had to sell my home and secure a mortgage for my new home in 30 days and with Adam’s help I was able to do this without any problems which is great. The app made the process simple and very easy to use especially since both myself and my father are disabled. Without the apps ease of use I’m not so sure I could have completed this transaction in the time period I needed. The ability to sign documents as well as upload documents with my phone and not a computer and scanner or come to a office was a major factor and a big reason why I will recommend you in the future. The app was great and a big help but it can not replace the ability to talk to Adam and his team whenever there was a question or something that needed clarification. Adam and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and I highly recommend their service and experience in getting the best for their customers. They are the main reason I felt comfortable using the app. I had a lot of moving parts to get in order in a short period of time and the main part was securing my mortgage and usually it’s the most difficult but thankfully that was not the case here and im a very happy customer 💯 Jay Moore
