My goal is simple. To give my clients the kind of mortgage experience I would want for myself. That means providing excellent communication, writing rock solid pre-approvals, and closing on time. I answer my phone during the day, through the night, and even on weekends because the mortgage industry is not a 9-5 process. The biggest purchase of a person's life should be an experience, not a transaction!
It should be an experience that educates, delights, and ends with the dream of homeownership.

My loan process couldn't have been more smooth. I think this was a direct reflection of Chris' responsivness and knowledge . I ended up closing 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend Ruoff and specifically Chris to my friends and family! Also the Ruoff Loan Butler site was wonderful to have as well.

If you need someone to help you out with a loan for a home, Chris is the guy to call. The process went very smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help me out. I don’t like talking to people on the phone but I needed to talk to someone about getting a loan. It felt like I was taking to a friend. I felt like I knew Chris the moment he called me. If there was something I didn’t understand, he would break it down and explain it in words that made it very clear. I really appreciate the help I received from Chris Cannon. Chris did an absolutely amazing job of communicating and driving the process forward every step of the way- answering any and all questions in as much detail as I needed, and telling me exactly what to expect. I have a very busy life and had limited time to invest in researching lenders and terms and working with someone that I knew I could trust took all the stress out of the process and made it a win-win to work with Chris and Ruoff. I will 100% be recommending Ruoff and Chris Cannon by name to anyone looking for a lender to help them secure a home. He had the highest levels of professionalism, knowledge, and interpersonal sincerity that I truly felt like he was on my side helping me achieve my goals using his expertise. He stayed in touch and nudged me any time I needed to take any action and keep things moving, the purchase went fast and smooth and even in a tough market he helped make things happen- I got a great rate, got connected with $20,000 towards my home, and walked away from closing with cash back. All of this allowed me to get the home I wanted and enter home ownership with a strong position to succeed. I absolutely dreaded the thought of getting a mortgage but now that it’s over and I can honestly say it was the easiest and smoothest part of the entire process, and most importantly it was win-win and I didn’t have to second guess that I was dealing with an exploitative lender. I felt comfortable with the terms and Chris delivered exactly what was promised! He also worked odd hours typing up multiple offers on several homes before I finally struck a deal on the home I purchased. Above and beyond levels of service excellence!
