I am Senior Loan Officer for Ruoff Mortgage. I have over 10 years of combined mortgage lending and real estate experience. My main focus is to provide the absolute best customer service that you have ever received, period!
I pride myself on being available to my clients and Realtors morning, noon, and night 7 days a week. I am diligent on taking calls and returning texts and emails as soon as I possibly can. I love to work with people who are buying a new home, it is such an exciting time for them and I like to share in that experience. I work very hard to explain everything to my clients so that they know exactly what is going on and I do my best to make sure their experience is as smooth as possible.
