Graham (and his Ruoff teammates) is a fantastic communicator. He utilized phone calls, text, and emails appropriately based on urgency and my availability. He always communicated important information in a timely way and made sure I received the information and understood any action items. He was always able to explain or find answers that I understood when I had questions. Oh - and he was easy to get ahold of! Thanks for a great experience!
