Heather was a literal dream to work with and I could not have asked for a better person to navigate me through this process. As a first time home buyer, I had a ton of questions and she was super responsive, patient and helpful the whole time. She explained things to me in a way that made sense and made me feel very comfortable. I also applied for a loan through a local credit union at the same time I applied through Ruoff and the difference between Heather and the other loan officer was one of the main reasons I agreed to go with Ruoff instead. I never felt judged and I was treated as a customer and valued client instead of someone who had to explain why they deserved a loan, which was the experience I had with the credit union. Heather answered my calls quickly even with my odd work schedule and strange hours and she was funny and kind and made the process feel less daunting. She also worked super quickly and her associate Meghan was very easy to work with as well. She worked with me to figure out the best interest rate I could afford and I genuinely felt she and her team were on my side in this process. She and my real estate agent were such a rockstar team and if I ever have to buy another house, I know where I’m going!
