As a Senior Loan Officer at Ruoff, my role goes beyond just processing loans. I don’t just evaluate financial documents, but am a financial educator, helping my clients to understand and navigate the borrowing process with confidence and responsibility. The most rewarding part of my career is seeing the joy on my borrowers' faces at closing, knowing that I helped make their homeownership dreams come true.

One aspect of my role that might surprise people is my role as a financial educator. I believe in going the extra mile to assist individuals needing guidance on budgeting, credit improvement, or better financial management. Every loan is unique, and I strive to help my clients make informed decisions.

Before joining Ruoff, I spent 11 years at a credit union, starting as a teller and progressing to a Member Service Representative. This experience laid the foundation for my understanding of financial services, which I now apply in the mortgage industry.

In my six years in the mortgage industry, I've specialized in various mortgage products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and various down payment assistance programs. My goal is to make the homebuying or refinancing process as smooth as possible for my clients.

In my spare time, I enjoy the simple pleasures of life — spending time with family and friends, going fishing, and immersing myself in a good book. Coffee is my morning motivation, and I make time to volunteer throughout the year at various community organizations.
