As Kelly would say… “here’s the scoop” This is the second time I went to Kelly for help with the home buying process. The first time I was a co-borrower and Kelly was FANTASTIC. Our realtor was not there for us and we really leaned on Kelly during that time. She was so good to us when I became single and was in the hunt for a home myself I knew I had to go to Kelly. If there was anyone I would trust to guide me in the right direction it is her. As a single mom this was a scary process for me. Kelly held my hand all the way through. Reassured me any time I was worried, constant communication, always keeping me up to date. Whenever I needed to reach out to Kelly I told everyone “my lender is always quick to respond, so it shouldn’t be long”. And sure enough Kelly was always ON TOP of it!! I could only get approved for an fha through Ruoff and my realtor really wanted me to try another bank for conventional. I was SET on staying with Kelly. I would recommend all my friends and family to her. I am so blessed I had Kelly as my loan officer. Not only is she great at her job but she is so kind and caring. I appreciate her and how easy Kelly and Ruoff has made the home buying process for me. My daughter and I are so happy to be in our new home! I can’t thank Kelly enough. She is wonderful.
