We just bought a house, moving across state lines, and Kevin was our loan officer through Ruoff. Through the entire process, Kevin kept us in the loop on what we needed to do, and on what was happening in the background. Every time we had a question, whether it was via text, email, or a phone call, Kevin was quick to respond and had an answer every time. We don't plan to move again anytime soon, since we just did, but when we do, we'll be looking to see if Kevin, and Ruoff, is still available to walk us through the process, again.
