Kim was by far the best person I have ever worked with in any sort of service industry. I appreciated her honesty, prompt responses, and to get the deal closed within 18 days, I didn't think it was possible. I have never reviewed a product or service in my life, but feel like Kim deserves the recognition because she was truly phenomenal and I will be recommending her to everyone I talk to in the future.

kim was absoulty amazing to work with and made the whole process extremely easy. if I had a question I knew I could email Kim and she would reply within 5 minutes. Kim also did a very good job at keeping me informed on what was happening and what the next steps would be.

Kim was amazing to work with. She Answered all of our questions which was a lot since we're first time homebuyers. She worked very hard to get us through the process as fast as possible and made sure we knew all of options before any final decisions were made. I couldn't have asked for a smoother home buying!
