From start to finish Mrs. Connors made me feel at ease and kept me up to date on everything. If I had a question she answered quickly and was very informative. I told everyone that would listen to me how wonderful she was to work with and if they ever needed a loan officer they should definitely consider her. With her help walking me through the process from start to finish no matter the hour of the day I was able to accomplish my goal of homeownership. I felt like she truly cared about her job, the service she was providing and me as the customer. I would not hesitate to conduct business with her again!

Gained a trust with Kim as the process unfolded. Kim was very professional and had an interest in the customer as a person and not just another individual. Her detailed communication through messaging and email was very clear and there were no misunderstandings. She also went the extra mile to rearrange the closing location at the last minute to make it more convenient for us. Great job Kim!
