It's not often in 2025 where you find someone who is genuinely concerned about someone else's interest. From start to finish we felt like Kim Connors had our best interest in mind, she went above and beyond our expectation. She was a excellent communicator and knows the industry. She even informed us that it could save us money by closing a few days later (Dec. 2nd instead of Nov. 28th). By waiting a few days, we didnt didn't have to pay the entire Winter tax bill. Something we would have never thought of. We would hihgly recommend paying cash if you're able but if you're not, then I would absolutely recommend Kim Connors with Ruoff Mortage!!
