Even though these large transactions are normal business for a lender, as a first time homebuyer, it seems overwhelming. Lori made the experience more personal (handwritten notes, quick responses, ensuring we understood everything from start to finish, etc) and we are sincerely thankful for the best homebuying experience we could have asked for with Lori and Ruoff!
