I started my lending career in 1995 after obtaining my bachelor's degree in Finance from Western Michigan University. Since that time, I have become one of the top mortgage lenders in Michiana, having assisted hundreds of home buyers with selecting the mortgage that best fits their needs.
Based on my solid reputation for excellence, I was honored by my peers and elected as the President of the Mortgage Banker's Association in 2006 and 2007. I have also served my industry by working on the board for the Women's Council of Realtors and on committees for the St. Joseph County Realtors Association.

Lori did a great job of explaining everything to me throughout the entire process. I never felt out of the loop and was very comfortable knowing that things were being taken care of efficiently without extra effort on my part. I was a little worried about Ruoff not having competitive interest rates since nothing is posted publicly like banks and other lenders but Ruoff ended up with one of the best (if not the best) rate for me. I would highly recommend skipping banks as lenders. Lori and everybody at Ruoff were way more personable than I've experienced with any other company.

No matter what I asked Lori, dumb or not (and yes, there were plenty of dumb questions) she quickly answered and explained everything. She was SO comfortable to work with. I never felt like I had to worry about anything! She had my back and it was a great process. I would highly recommend Lori and Ruoff!
