I started my lending career in 1995 after obtaining my bachelor's degree in Finance from Western Michigan University. Since that time, I have become one of the top mortgage lenders in Michiana, having assisted hundreds of home buyers with selecting the mortgage that best fits their needs.
Based on my solid reputation for excellence, I was honored by my peers and elected as the President of the Mortgage Banker's Association in 2006 and 2007. I have also served my industry by working on the board for the Women's Council of Realtors and on committees for the St. Joseph County Realtors Association.

Lori did a great job of explaining everything to me throughout the entire process. I never felt out of the loop and was very comfortable knowing that things were being taken care of efficiently without extra effort on my part. I was a little worried about Ruoff not having competitive interest rates since nothing is posted publicly like banks and other lenders but Ruoff ended up with one of the best (if not the best) rate for me. I would highly recommend skipping banks as lenders. Lori and everybody at Ruoff were way more personable than I've experienced with any other company.

From the very start, Lori and her team made us feel at ease with a process that could otherwise be very overwhelming. She took the time to explain all of our options and give us feedback so we could make informed decisions. We loved that she took the time to record herself explaining information instead of just emailing it. We truly felt like Lori and her team were excited for us and recognized the hard work it takes to financially be ready to buy a house. It wasn't just a transaction to them, they saw the dream attached to it.

Lori Hiscock from Hiscock did a wonderful job with our loan. Apic process was super easy and fast no surprises at closing. We would definitely use Ruoff again and Lori as well if possible we highly recommend them!
