I liked the ability to upload many documents on the front side of the loan process. I feel that helped move things along. Lori Love was absolutely amazing, always willing to discuss anything about which I had questions and always responsive to any messages. She was so kind to even speak over the weekend, knowing my busy work schedule. Much appreciation.
